WebbSample rate is 44100 and Buffer Size currently 48 but that was just to test, I did have 128 before and that was the same issue. I have the direct monitoring turned on in my interface. The output in Reaper also goes into the interface, so it's Scarlett in, Scarlett out. My master track is usually at 0 cause I don't touch it.
